The policy is implemented at all levels of the organization, and is independently evaluated on an annual basis to ensure that it remains implemented and effective.

We communicate our green philosophy throughout the industry as an active participant of the following organizations:

• U.S. Green Building Council (www.usgbc.org), developers of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System to advance structures that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work

• The Green Grid (www.thegreengrid.org), a global consortium dedicated to advancing the energy efficiency of data centers and business computing ecosystems worldwide

• The NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association; www.nema.org) “Call to Action” steering committee, which is dedicated to limiting the use of hazardous materials in electrical products
