TRAINING / EDUCATION
PANDUIT has developed and implemented several types of training programs that reinforce environmentally friendly business practices. Training covers worker roles and responsibilities within our Environmental Management System as well as the job-specific environmental aspects of each employee’s work.
All PANDUIT employees participate in these programs as part of general employee orientation, and training extends to all persons working on behalf of PANDUIT, including suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
PANDUIT also sponsors health and wellness initiatives such as a wellness center and walking paths for optimal stewardship of our most important resource — our people.
