Panduit offers a variety of competitive medical plan options (some including vision benefits) for the employee and their eligible dependents. All plans are subsidized by the company. An employee can also choose the "no coverage" election option as it relates to the medical and dental plans and receive a weekly cash bonus.

The dental plan provides payment of benefits for preventive dentistry, basic restorative dentistry, major restorative dentistry and orthodontia at different levels of coverage.

The wellness program is designed to provide the education and resources to assist employees and their families in making healthier lifestyle decisions and become more informed healthcare consumers. The programming includes discounted fitness center memberships, a comprehensive tobacco cessation program, physical activity programs, and group/individual nutrition education. Panduit respects the privacy of employees and their families and all information is maintained in a confidential manner.

Finally, Panduit provides all full-time employees with group life insurance at no cost. Supplemental life insurance policies for the employee and/or their spouse and children are also available at a group-discounted rate.
