To assist employees in balancing their professional and personal lives, Panduit offers a number of work-life benefits including flextime, an Employee Assistance Program, an employee credit union, and recreational activities.

Flextime is a benefit that allows employees to schedule their hours based on core business hours and minimum hour requirements. Some departments do not allow flextime, as scheduled hours are required due to business need.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers a confidential source of assistance for employees and immediate family members. The EAP is designed especially to assist employees with personal situations but also provide a tool to research health/wellness, education, home/travel, relocation, consumer/leisure, and money and investing issues.

The Panduit Employee Credit Union (P.E.C.U.) offers a wide variety of savings and loan products ranging from Savings Accounts to Automobile and Mortgage Lending.

The Recreational Activities Committee (R.A.C.) plans many different social activities for employees and their family members. Some examples of R.A.C. sponsored events include: trips to museums, discounted tickets for shows, and our basketball league.
