PANDUIT PAN-NET™ PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE:
All PANDUIT Pan-Net™ non-consumable products have a 20 year performance guarantee. When installed per TIA/EIA or ISO/IEC standards, the Panduit Pan-Net™ components will support the application(s) which the system was designed to support.

Applications may include, but are not limited to:

10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet (IEEE 802.3)

4/16 Mbps Token Ring (IEEE 802.5)

155/622/1.25 Gbps ATM

SONET

FDDI/CDDI

10G Ethernet

ISDN

In order to qualify for the guarantee, the structured cabling system must be installed per the following: (1) Meet all TIA/EIA commercial building wiring standards; (2) Panduit categorized product must be used in conjunction with an equivalent or higher Category UL or ETL verified cable; and (3) Panduit products must be installed per appropriate Panduit instruction sheets. Note: All networks shall be installed per applicable standards and manufacturer’s guidelines.

If any Panduit Pan-Net™ product fails to perform as stated above, Panduit will provide new components at no charge for twenty (20) years from the date of purchase.

Before using, buyer shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use, and buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

This Pan-Net™ Performance Guarantee does not cover defects where the structured cabling system products have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, fire, flood, water submersion, explosion, acts of God, war or terrorism, improper repair, alteration, installation or design, or any other events outside of Panduit’s control.

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. NEITHER SELLER NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PANDUIT PRODUCT.

This Pan-Net™ Performance Guarantee may not be altered except by an agreement signed by officers of seller and Panduit.

PANDUIT ELECTRICAL PRODUCT WARRANTY:

Panduit electrical products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale but Panduit’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of any product proved to be defective within 6 months from the date of purchase.

Before using, buyer shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use and buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

Panduit products are not designed, intended or authorized to be used in medical applications or as components in medical devices that are used to sustain or support human life. Should buyer purchase or use a Panduit product for any such unintended or unauthorized medical application, buyer shall indemnify and hold Panduit harmless from any liability or damage whatsoever arising out of the use of Panduit products in such medical applications.

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. NEITHER SELLER NOR PANDUIT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT.

This warranty may not be altered except by an agreement signed by officers of seller and Panduit.

PANDUIT TOOL AND PRINTER WARRANTY:

Panduit tools and printers are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale but Panduit’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of any tool or printer proved to be defective within 1 year (for printers) and 90 days (for tools) from the date of purchase.

Before using, buyer shall determine the suitability of the tool or printer for his intended use and buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

This warranty is void if the Panduit tools or printers are modified, altered or misused in any way. Use of Panduit tools or printers with any product other than the specified Panduit products for which the printer or tool was designed constitutes misuse.

Panduit products, including tools and printers, are not designed, intended or authorized to be used in medical applications or as components in medical devices that are used to sustain or support human life. Should buyer purchase or use a Panduit product for any such unintended or unauthorized medical application, buyer shall indemnify and hold Panduit harmless from any liability or damage whatsoever arising out of the use of Panduit products in such medical applications.
