Fiber Future and Beyond for next-generation data centers.
Fiber Future and Beyond
The Panduit Pre-Terminated Fiber Cabling System addresses today’s requirements for increasingly higher density levels, delivering simplified management while helping to maximize return on assets and minimize downtime. This integrated fiber cabling system is purposely engineered to accommodate the dynamic lifecycle of today’s high-performance data centers.
This Pre-terminated Cabling System simplifies fiber installation by eliminating splicing and saving time with factory-tested trunks, ensuring consistent plug-and-play performance. It's ready for future upgrades to 40G and beyond
In this video, we compare equipment, costs, and installation time to conventional LC splicing. The pre-terminated solution reduces costs and installation time by over 90%.
This eco-friendly solution promotes reusability and future-proofs your network.
Why Should I Consider Pre-terminated Cable Solutions?
Pre-terminated fiber optic cable solutions future-proof data centers, offering fast on-site deployment with minimal manpower. Our eco-friendly solution streamlines the installation process. See the table below for a side-by-side comparison.

QuickNet™ MPO Fiber Optic Cassettes
QuickNet™ MPO Fiber Optic Cassettes consist of pre-terminated LC adapters for quick and easy deployment in high density applications and provide efficient utilization of rack space and design flexibility.
QuickNet™ SFQ Series MPO Fiber Optic Cassettes comply with IEEE 802.3ae and ANSI T11.2 Fibre Channel requirements. Optimized cassettes provide insertion loss of 0.5dB max., and standard cassettes provide 0.75dB max.
Trunk Cable Assemblies shall allow for rapid deployment of high-density permanent links in a single assembly for data center applications requiring quick infrastructure deployment, such as main, horizontal, and zone distribution areas.
MPO interconnects are pre-terminated 8-fiber or 12-fiber cable assemblies that are used in high-density, high-bandwidth network applications. The small diameter and flexibility of MPO interconnects make them ideal for connecting directly to MPO-based transceivers on network servers, switches, and SAN controllers.
