Supporting Our Communities During Difficult Times

We support the communities where we live, work and do business, especially during times of crisis. An example of this was with our U.S. fundraising efforts for Feeding America COVID-19 Response Fund and CDC Foundation’s “ALL OF US” campaign to combat COVID-19. Due to the philanthropic efforts of our employees, we reached our fundraising goal.

An important aspect of Panduit’s commitment to Social Responsibility is employee volunteerism and community outreach. Collaboration with our customers, partners, and the community is another way we achieve our philanthropic efforts to support charitable organizations.

Fall Cleaning & Game Day Lift Resident’s Spirits

Wanting to help improve the living conditions of a nursing home in Grecia, Costa Rica, 41 Panduit employees volunteered their time to clean, paint, cook, do laundry, and fix electrical issues at the facility. The team also had fun with the residents by organizing and playing games where they awarded prizes to the winners! The experience proved to be very rewarding for our Panduit volunteers as well as the staff and residents.

Donation Helps with Back-to-School Student Safety

As students in China headed back to school following the pandemic, Panduit wanted to help in the efforts to further protect some of its students and teachers as they began their studies. This led to the donation of 180 health packages that included traditional herbal lotion, napkins, wet wipes, essential balm, and mosquito repellant to Wangjian Primary School.

A Home-Cooked Meal & Entertaining Conversations

Panduit organized a special day for a social center in Frankfurt, Germany that welcomes homeless people and anyone else in need. The team prepared traditional German food but also entertained the guests who were happy to sing, watch dog shows, and hear stories and fun facts about other countries. The experience was rewarding for the Panduit team who could put a smile on the faces of people having daily difficulties and not always having access to a warm meal.

N95 Masks Donated to Local Chicago Hospitals

In our efforts to help fight COVID-19 in our communities, Panduit donated 3,000 N95 masks to five local area hospitals and healthcare facilities in Chicago.
