The Training and Documentation team internally develops content while managing training delivery and logistics for the Network Infrastructure Business Unit.
The training content produced supports and promotes employee and partner knowledge of Panduit’s products and solutions. The content we create includes, but is not limited to, eLearning, Instructor-Led Training, videos, Virtual Instructor-Led Training, and job aids. Our training developers utilize cutting edge adult leaning concepts and technology, while striving to present highly technical concepts in an understandable way that is appropriate for our audience.
We also produce a wide range of documentation content. A few examples include, customer facing user manuals, installation guides, work instructions, online help systems, and supplemental documentation for Panduit hardware and software solutions.
