Innovation comes from individuals who think differently, explore without limits, and use life experiences to provide their perspective.
Imagine a gender-equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #InspireInclusion.
CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ aims to rally the business community to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. The CEO pledge outlines a specific set of actions the signatory CEOs will take to cultivate a trusting environment where all ideas are welcomed, and employees feel comfortable and empowered to have discussions about diversity and inclusion. Panduit employees have had the opportunity recently to engage in conversations around topics such as managing our unconscious bias and demonstrating Allyship.
Panduit is proud to support our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that provide a close network of belonging and enhance personal and professional development. The ERGs are organized around shared and diverse identities, affinities, and inclusiveness, and are open to allies to become members.
EWS provides developmental opportunities and enablement based on the ERG’s pillars of visibility and exposure, networking opportunities, and training and development.
MVP provides an open forum for employees with multicultural backgrounds to further enhance their personal and professional development through cultural awareness, service, and relationship building to help drive diversity and inclusion throughout Panduit.
NEXT provides forums, events, resources, and opportunities for young professionals to learn about themselves and the business, broaden their network, and refine their skills through shared experiences.
PWN LATAM promotes women's leadership and gender equality in Monterrey and LATAM by supporting culture change, providing professional development, and expanding networking and collaboration.
NEUROS helps to drive innovation and excellence by raising awareness of neurodivergent skillsets and empowering our neurodivergent talent.
Your unique insights and perspectives fuel our innovation and help our customers discover more and better ways to connect with and for the people they serve. We are looking for people who are curious, insightful, collaborative, and committed to building a sustainable and connected world.
Our ERGs collaborate to offer an annual mentoring program that includes a cross-section of employees from all ERGs with a focus on professional development and intensive, customized one-on-one mentoring from a Panduit organizational leader. Mentees and mentors:
