Products that are purchased by customers for shipment in the United States are subject to the Limited General Applicability Nonavailability Waiver of the Buy America Domestic Content Procurement Preference for recipients of Federal financial assistance under NTIA’s BEAD Program (the “BEAD Waiver”). The BEAD Waiver is a waiver to BABA’s domestic content requirements for fiber optic cable.
